  • Usage Data: Images you upload and design files generated by our Service are stored to provide you with access to your conversion history.
  • Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card information. Creem collects and processes payment data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.
  • Technical Data: We collect session logs, IP addresses, and browser information for authentication and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your payments and manage your credit balance
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests

4. AI Data Processing

When you upload an image for processing, we transmit your image to Replicate, Inc.'s API for AI-powered layer extraction. The following applies:

  • What is sent: Your uploaded image is sent to Replicate's API servers for processing.
  • What comes back: We receive extracted layer images and structural data that we use to generate editable design files.
  • Replicate's retention: Data sent to Replicate is subject to Replicate's Privacy Policy.

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication (via BetterAuth). We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or any tracking technologies.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, hosted by Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database), and Vercel Blob (file storage). We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
